At Prestige OEM Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must accompany the return.

  • Returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped back.

Please do not return products to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Electrical and electronic components

  • Custom-order or special-order items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any item that is damaged, altered, or missing components for reasons not caused by Prestige OEM Parts may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs and supporting information to process your claim.

Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank for additional information.

If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are verified as defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and supporting photographs if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or a shipping-related issue.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
